Об'єктом дослідження є взаємодія між насінням обраних рослин та умовами експерименту, які включають в себе фактори довкілля, такі як світло, вологість, температура тощо. Також об'єктом є сам процес проростання, росту та розвитку рослин в умовах наукового дослідження.
Предметом дослідження є насіння деяких конкретних рослин, які обрані для вивчення в контексті їхнього використання як тест-об'єктів. Дослідження спрямоване на вивчення біологічних, фізіологічних та екологічних аспектів цих рослин, а також на розгляд їхнього застосування в наукових дослідженнях.
Методи досліджень - морфометричні, математично-статистичні, «ростовий тест»
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення можливостей та обґрунтування використання насіння деяких рослин у якості тест-об'єктів для проведення наукових експериментів. Основним завданням є визначення властивостей та параметрів цих рослин, які роблять їх ефективними тестовими моделями для вивчення різних аспектів фізіології, біології та екології.
Теоретично та експериментально визначено,що дослідження направлене на виявлення нових аспектів та можливостей використання рослинного матеріалу в якості тест-об'єктів, що може принести нові знання в біологічній та екологічній науці. Знання, отримані в результаті дослідження, можуть знайти застосування в агрономії, екології, фармацевтиці та інших галузях, де важливе використання тест-об'єктів для наукових досліджень.
