В роботі досліджено тенденції розвитку концепції Інтернету речей; розроблено бізнес план реалізації системи «Розумний офіс»; проведено оцінку ефективності методології реалізації та впровадження інформаційної системи «Розумний офіс»; визначено вимоги та описано функціонал інформаційної системи «Розумний офіс» на основі технології Інтернету речей; розроблено архітектуру прототипу та технічне завдання інформаційної системи «Розумний офіс».
