Об’єкт дослідження – вплив легеневої реабілітації на функціональний стан бронхолегеневої системи осіб які перенесли COVID-19.
Мета дослідження – визначення ефективності застосування фізичної терапії в програмі легеневої реабілітації пацієнтів із СOVID-19 у післягострій фазі хвороби.
Методи дослідження – теоретичний аналіз науково-методичної літератури; оцінка категорійного профілю за Міжнародною класифікацією функціонування, обмежень життєдіяльності та здоров’я на ріні «структури та функції» та «активності та участі»; виявлення функціонального стану кардіореспіраторної системи шляхом вимірювання ЧСС, ЖЄЛ, ЧД та проведення динамічної спірометрії (проба Розенталя); визначення індексу Скибінського; методи математичної статистики.
Порівняльна оцінка показників функціонального стану кардіореспіраторної системи осіб які перенесли COVID-19 на етапі реабілітації, які проходили курс ароматерапії у комплексі з респіраторною гімнастикою та без неї, виявила позитивну динаміку. Після проходження реабілітаційних заходів в обох групах покращились показники кардіореспіраторної системи, як у спокої, так і після дозованого навантаження. Однак включення до реабілітаційної програми інгаляцій ефірної олії кедру та пихти дало більш кращі результати, ніж після проходження реабілітаційних заходів без використання ароматерапії. Одержані показники контрольної та основної групи мають достовірні різниці.

The object of study – the impact of pulmonary rehabilitation on the functional state of the bronchopulmonary system of persons who underwent COVID-19.
The purpose of the study is to determination of the effectiveness of the use of physical therapy in the program of pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with COVID-19 in the post-acute phase of the disease.
Research methods – theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature; assessment of the categorical profile according to the International Classification of Functioning, Restrictions on Life and Health in the field of «structure and function» and «activity and participation»; detection of the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system by measuring heart rate, VL, BP and performing dynamic spirometry (Rosenthal test); determination of the Skibinsky index; methods of mathematical statistics.
Comparative assessment of the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system of persons who underwent COVID-19 during rehabilitation, who underwent aromatherapy in combination with respiratory gymnastics and without it, showed positive dynamics. After undergoing rehabilitation measures in both groups, the indicators of the cardiorespiratory system improved, both at rest and after dosed exercise. However, the inclusion of cedar and fir essential oil inhalations in the rehabilitation program gave better results than after rehabilitation without aromatherapy. The obtained indicators of the control and main groups have significant differences.
