Об’єкт дослідження – мануальні техніки у комплексній реабілітації ускладнень остеохондрозу хребта.
Мета дослідження – визначення ефективності використання м’якотканинних мануальних технік в реабілітації чоловіків з фасетковим синдромом хребта.
Методи дослідження – аналіз і узагальнення літературних джерел, аналіз амбулаторних карт хворих, методи оцінки об’єктивних показників функціонального стану хребта, методи оцінки статичної витривалості м’язів, методи математичної статистики.
Для хворих з неврологічними синдромами, зумовленими килами міжхребцевих дисків, характерна наявність наступних суб’єктивних та об’єктивних показників: ВАШ болю – 60,5 мм, наявність симптому Ласега у 100 % хворих, індекс м’язового синдрому ІІ ступеню – 8,5 балів, зниження статичної витривалості м’язів спини та черевного пресу.
Застосування комплексного підходу в реабілітації із застосуванням м’якотканинної техніки мануальної терапії в ізометричному режимі в умовах розвантаження міжхребцевого диску осіб із фасетковим синдромом хребта, у складі комплексних реабілітаційних заходів сприяє зменшенню больового синдрому, корекції м’язово-тонічних порушень, більш повному відновленню показників функціонального стану хребта та опорно-рухового апарату в цілому у тематичних хворих.

The object of the research is manual techniques in complex rehabilitation of complications of osteochondrosis of the spine.
The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of soft tissue manual techniques in the rehabilitation of men with facet spine syndrome.
Research methods – analysis and generalization of literary sources, analysis of outpatient charts of patients, methods of assessing objective indicators of the functional state of the spine, methods of assessing static muscle endurance, methods of mathematical statistics.
For patients with neurological syndromes caused by herniated intervertebral discs, the presence of the following subjective and objective indicators is characteristic: vas pain – 60,5 mm, the presence of the Laseg symptom in 100 % of patients, the index of muscle syndrome of the ii degree – 8,5 points, a decrease in the static endurance of the back and abdominal muscles.
The application of a complex approach in rehabilitation with the use of soft-tissue manual therapy techniques in isometric mode in conditions of unloading of the intervertebral disc of persons with facet spine syndrome, as part of complex rehabilitation measures, contributes to the reduction of pain syndrome, correction of muscle-tonic disorders, more complete restoration of functional indicators the state of the spine and musculoskeletal system in general in thematic patients.
