Запропонований варіант модернізації натискного пристрою дресирувального стану 1700. Проведено аналіз причин виходу з ладу гідросистеми натискного пристрою. Розроблено функціональну діагностичну модель роботи модернізованого натискного пристрою.
EN : The advantages and disadvantages of existing technical solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of pressing devices of rolling mills are analyzed. An option for upgrading the pressing device of the temper rolling mill 1700 has been proposed. An analysis of the causes of breakdowns in the hydraulic system of the pressing mechanism has been carried out. A functional diagnostic model of the operation of the modernized pressure device has been developed.
