вивчення системи управління персоналом, аналіз соціальної ефективності
мотивації.
Аналіз соціальної ефективності мотивації праці в контексті ресторанного
бізнесу дозволяє визначити вплив мотиваційних чинників на створення
позитивної корпоративної культури та підвищення задоволеності працівників.
У контексті матеріальних та нематеріальних мотиваторів робота вивчає, як
вони інтегруються в систему управління та чи забезпечують вони досягнення
стратегічних цілей організації. Визначається роль контролю у забезпеченні

Висновки та пропозиції - дослідження підтверджує важливість контролю у
системі мотивації персоналу для досягнення стратегічних цілей. пропонується
впровадження рекомендацій щодо оптимізації контролю у ресторані "Прага" для
поліпшення його продуктивності та репутації.

The object of research is the restaurant "Prague" in the context of the system of
personnel management and labour motivation.
The subject of the study is the role and influence of control in the system of staff
motivation of the restaurant "Prague".
The purpose of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of control in the system
of motivation of the restaurant staff and to develop recommendations for optimising
this process.
The research methods include analysis of the organisational structure of the
restaurant, study of the personnel management system, analysis of the social
effectiveness of motivation, assessment of the use of tangible and intangible motivators,
as well as the use of questionnaire and observation methods.
The analysis of the social effectiveness of labour motivation in the context of the
restaurant business allows determining the impact of motivational factors on creating a
positive corporate culture and increasing employee satisfaction. the use of substantive
and procedural theories of motivation allows determining the optimal balance between
meeting the basic needs of employees and stimulating their internal motivational
potential.
In the context of tangible and intangible motivators, the paper examines how they
are integrated into the management system and whether they ensure the achievement
of the organisation's strategic goals. the role of control in ensuring the effectiveness of
these motivators and their impact on staff performance is determined.
The thesis reveals the importance of control in the system of staff motivation and
provides practical recommendations for optimising this process in the restaurant
"prague". the results of the study may be useful for the management of the enterprise,
