UA : У аналітично-пошуковій частині кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто технологію виробництва слябів на слябінгу 1150, особливості деформації високих розкатів. У дослідницько-розрахунковій частині зроблено розгляд алгоритму розрахунку раціонального режиму деформації штаб. Виконано розрахунок трьох режимів деформації штаби перетином 150 × 1250 мм і розрахунок продуктивності при цих режимах Проаналізовано результати теоретичних досліджень режимів обтиснення. У розділі «Охорона праці та техногенна безпека» розглянуто шкідливі і небезпечні виробничі фактори. Розроблено заходи з поліпшення умов праці, електробезпеки, пожежної і техногенної безпеки.
EN : In the analytical and research part of the qualification work, the production technology of slabs on slabbing 1150, features of deformation of high rolls are considered. In the research and calculation part, the algorithm for calculating the rational mode of deformation of the headquarters is considered. The calculation of three modes of deformation of the staff with a cross-section of 150 × 1250 mm was performed and the calculation of productivity in these modes was performed. The results of theoretical studies of compression modes were analyzed. Harmful and dangerous production factors are considered in the section «Occupational safety and technological safety». Measures have been developed to improve working conditions, electrical safety, fire and man-made safety.
