The qualifying work gives theoretical survey and describes the experimental research of the problem of thesocio-pedagogical support for parents of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).It defines the methods and techniques for the effective social and pedagogical support for parents of children with ASD.

The research subject: forms and methods of support for parents of children with ASD.
The research purpose: theoretical background and experimental verification of the socio-pedagogical conditions of support for families with a child with ASD.
The research tasks are:
1) theoretical substantiation of autism spectrum disorders as a socio-pedagogical problem;
2) to analyze the characteristics of families with children with autism spectrum disorders and identify their major problems;
3) to verify experimentally the effectiveness of social and pedagogical support of parents of children with autism spectrum disorders;
4) to develop methodological recommendations for the pedagogically- psychological support of parents during the upbringing of a child with autism.
