Актуальність теми визначається тим, що сучасний музей, як центр збереження історичної та культурної спадщини, змушений постійно переглядати свою місію, головні цілі та функції. Отже, команда управлінців та весь колектив музею, в рамках довгострокового стратегічного планування, повинні передбачити те, яким чином потрібно адаптувати діяльність музею до будь-яких факторів впливу та прийняти такі стратегічні рішення з основних напрямків діяльності музею, які зможуть покращити стан музею та забезпечити культурний розвиток суспільства.
Метою кваліфікаційної робити є дослідження теоретичних основ, розкриття ефективних інструментів та обґрунтування практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення роботи по формуванню стратегії розвитку музею.
Об’єктом дослідження є комунальний заклад «Запорізький обласний краєзнавчий музей» Запорізької обласної ради» (далі – КЗ «КРАЄЗНАВЧИЙ МУЗЕЙ» ЗОР).
Інформаційну базу роботи становлять законодавчі акти, нормативні документи, наукові роботи з менеджменту та економіки, підручники, навчальні посібники, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних та закордонних авторів, практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи стратегічного планування музею. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було здійснено аналіз та дано оцінку стану розвитку КЗ «КРАЄЗНАВЧИЙ МУЗЕЙ» ЗОР за рахунок сформованої та реалізованої стратегії розвитку, а також запропоновані рішення по удосконаленню стратегічного планування музею, з метою спрямування його діяльності на власний розвиток та реалізацію суспільних інтересів.

The topicality of the topic is determined by the fact that the modern
museum, as a center for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage, is
forced to constantly revise its mission, main goals and functions. Therefore, the
management team and the entire staff of the museum, within the framework of
long-term strategic planning, should foresee how the activity of the museum
should be adapted to any influencing factors and make such strategic decisions on
the main areas of the museum's activity that will be able to improve the state of the
museum and ensure cultural development of society.
The purpose of the qualification is the research of theoretical foundations,
the disclosure of effective tools and the justification of practical recommendations
for improving the work on the formation of the museum's development strategy.
The object of the study is the development strategy of the Zaporizhzhia
Regional Museum of Local Lore municipal institution of the Zaporizhzhia
Regional Council (hereinafter referred to as the «Zaporizhsky Regional Museum of
Local Lore» ZOR).
The information base of the work consists of legislative acts, regulatory
documents, scientific works on management and economics, textbooks, study
guides, monographic studies and articles by domestic and foreign authors, practical
materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the work, the
information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams.
During the performance of the work, the theoretical foundations of strategic
planning by the enterprise were considered. On the basis of the theoretical
material, an analysis was made and an assessment of the state of development of
the «Zaporizhzhia Regional Local Lore Museum of the Zaporizhzhia Regional 7
Council» was made due to the formed and implemented development strategy,
with the aim of directing the activities of the museum to the realization of public
interests, and also suggested ways to improve the strategic planning of the
enterprise under study.
