Актуальність теми роботи обумовлена тим, що у повоєнний період для
України особливої уваги набуватиме питання відновлення можливості у дітей
тренуватися та приймати участь в спортивних змаганнях Всеукраїнського та
регіонального рівня, займатися улюбленими видами спорту, а це потребує
розвитку кадрового потенціалу тренерського складу дитячо-юнацьких
спортивних шкіл повернення тренерів до роботи після Перемоги України у
війні з рф.
Об'єктом дослідження є основні складові кадрового потенціалу тренерів
дитячо-юнацької спортивної школи «Локомотив» та впровадження регулярної
оцінки їх ділових та професійних якостей.
Інформаційну базу роботи становлять чинна законодавча базу, наукова
та спеціалізована література з теми дослідження, періодичні статті,
монографії, роботи конференцій та доповіді, звітні дані ДЮСШ «Локомотив».
В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць та
схем.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи
формування кадрового потенціалу організації. На основі теоретичного
матеріалу було проаналізовано основні складові кадрового потенціалу
тренерського складу ДЮСШ «Локомотив» та запропоновано ряд заходів щодо
вдосконалення процесу розвитку кадрового потенціалу.

The relevance of the topic of the work is due to the fact that in the post-war
period for Ukraine, special attention will be paid to the issue of restoring the
opportunity for children to train and take part in sports competitions of the All-
Ukrainian and regional level, to engage in their favorite sports, and this requires the
development of the personnel potential of the coaching staff of children's and youth
sports schools return of coaches to work after the Victory of Ukraine in the war with
the Russian Federation.
The object of the study is the main components of the personnel potential of
trainers of the children's and youth sports school "Lokomotiv" and the
implementation of regular assessment of their business and professional qualities.
The information base of the work consists of the current legislative base,
scientific and specialized literature on the topic of research, periodical articles,
monographs, conference proceedings and reports, reporting data of the Lokomotiv
State University of Applied Sciences. In the work, the information is summarized
and displayed using tables and diagrams.
During the performance of the work, the theoretical foundations of the
organization's personnel potential formation were considered. On the basis of the
theoretical material, the main components of the personnel potential of the coaching
staff of the "Lokomotyv" Junior High School were analyzed and a number of
measures were proposed to improve the process of personnel potential development.
