Об’єктом дослідження є система управління якістю обслуговування
Intourist Hotel Запоріжжя.
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних основ
управління якістю обслуговування та розробка практичних рекомендацій
щодо підвищення якості послуг у Intourist Hotel Запоріжжя.
Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний,
табличний, графічний, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок.
Актуальність теми даної роботи обумовлена тим, що в сучасних умовах
якість послуг в готельному бізнесі набуває все більшу важливість, адже саме
від неї залежить ефективність його функціонування. Сьогодні, налагоджена
система управління якістю послуг є потужною конкурентною перевагою, тому
готельні підприємства мають приділяти все більшу увагу підвищенню її рівня.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи
управління якістю обслуговування в готельній індустрії. На основі
теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність Intourist Hotel
Запоріжжя, а також запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення рівня якості
обслуговування в досліджуваному підприємстві.
Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані
керівництвом Intourist Hotel Запоріжжя в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть
удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

The purpose of the qualification work is to research the theoretical
foundations of service quality management and develop practical recommendations

The relevance of the topic of this work is due to the fact that in modern
conditions, the quality of services in the hotel business is gaining more and more
importance, because the efficiency of its functioning depends on it. Today, an
established service quality management system is a powerful competitive advantage,
so hotel enterprises should pay more and more attention to increasing its level.
During the work, the theoretical foundations of service quality management
in the hotel industry were considered. On the basis of theoretical material, the
activity of Intourist Hotel Zaporizhzhia was analyzed, and measures to improve the
level of service quality in the investigated enterprise were also proposed.
The results obtained in the qualification work can be used by the management
of Intourist Hotel Zaporizhzhia in practical activities and will contribute to the
improvement of the activities of domestic enterprises.
