Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз практичних аспектів
ефективного впровадження Scrum-технологій у менеджменті та розробка
уніфікованих заходів для впровадження в компаніях без прив’язки до галузі
застосування.
Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний,
математичний, табличний, графічний, метод статистичного аналізу,
групування та узагальнення даних.
Актуальність теми даної роботи обумовлена тим, що в сучасних умовах
SCRUM-технології дозволяють українським компаніям підвищити свою
конкурентоспроможність на світовому ринку, забезпечити більш ефективну
роботу команд, скоротити терміни розробки та підвищити якість продуктів.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи розвитку
Scrum-технологій у менеджменті. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було
виконана оцінка поточного стану застосування Scrum-технологій у
менеджменті, а також запропоновано уніфіковані заходи підвищення
ефективності системи управління персоналом шляхом використання Scrum-
технологій. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути
використані компаніями в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть
удосконаленню діяльності національних компаній.

The object of the research is the process of application and implementation of
Scrum technologies in management.
The purpose is to analyze the practical aspects of effective implementation of
Scrum technologies in management and to develop unified measures for
implementation in companies, regardless of the industry of application.
The research methods: include descriptive, comparative, analytical,
mathematical, tabular, graphical, statistical analysis, grouping, and data
summarization methods.
Background of this thesis is due to the fact that in modern conditions, Scrum
technologies allow Ukrainian companies to increase their competitiveness in the
global market, ensure more effective team work, reduce development time, and
improve product quality.
During the execution of the thesis theoretical foundations of the development
of Scrum technologies in management were considered. Based on theoretical
material, an assessment of the current state of the application of Scrum technologies
in management was carried out, and unified measures to improve the efficiency of
personnel management systems through the use of Scrum technologies were
proposed.
The results obtained in the qualification work can be used by companies in
practical activities and will contribute to the improvement of the activities of national
companies.
