Об’єктом дослідження виступає конкурентоспроможність ТОВ «ВСЛ».
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є визначення шляхів підвищення рівня
конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «ВСЛ» в умовах кризи економіки України, в
тому числі за рахунок оптимізації управління конкурентоспроможністю
підприємства.
Актуальність теми даної роботи обумовлена тим, що в умовах
динамічної трансформації книговидавничої галузі українським видавничим
компаніями задля збереження власних ринкових позицій та подальшого
розвитку необхідно сконцентруватися на вдосконаленні механізмів
управління конкурентоспроможністю та нарощуванні конкурентних переваг,
які будуть враховувати умови війни та кризи національної економіки.
Під час виконання роботи були розглянуті теоретичні аспекти
управління конкурентоспроможністю, проведений аналіз рівня
конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «ВСЛ» та запропоновані шляхи його
подальшого покращення.
Розроблені в кваліфікаційній роботі рекомендації, після доопрацювання,
можливо використати для підвищення ефективності управління
конкурентоспроможністю на ТОВ «ВСЛ» та на інших підприємствах галузі.
EN : Qualification work: Increasing the level of competitiveness of the enterprise
in the conditions of the national economy crisis (on the example of «VSL» LLC):

The object of the research is the competitiveness of the «VSL» LLC.
The purpose of the qualification is to determine ways to increase the level of
competitiveness of «VSL» LLC in the conditions of the Ukrainian economy crisis,
including the one through the optimization of the competitiveness management of
the enterprise.
The relevance of the topic due to the fact that in the conditions of dynamic
transformation of the book publishing industry, in order to preserve their own market
positions and further development, Ukrainian publishing companies must
concentrate on improving the mechanisms of managing competitiveness and
increasing competitive advantages, which will take into account the conditions of
war and the national economy crisis.
During the work, the theoretical aspects of competitiveness management were
considered, the level of competitiveness of «VSL» LLC was analyzed and ways of
its further improvement were proposed. The recommendations developed in the
qualification work, after refinement can be used to improve the effectiveness of
competitiveness management at «VSL» LLC and other enterprises in publishing
industry.
