Об’єктом дослідження є структурна організація та індикаційне
значення макрозообентосу річки Верхня Хортиця
Предметом дослідження є компоненти екосистеми водойм, зокрема
проби макрозообентосу тіа біомаси за допомогою яких був розрахованане їх
індикаційне значення
Методи досліджень: теоретичні (теоретичний аналіз, синтез і
систематизація наукової літератури, вивчення літературних джерел та аналіз
наявних даних щодо екосистеми водойм) і емпіричні (розрахунковий метод
оцінки якості води за індексом забруднення води (ІЗВ)).
Метою кваліфікаційної робити є визначення структурної організації та
індикаційного значення макрозообентосу річки Верхня Хортиця
Проби макрозообентосу річки Верхня Хортиця були відібрані в серпні –
вересні 2023 року. За період дослідження в складі зообентосу річки Верхня
Хортиця знайдені організми наступних груп: Gastropoda, Gammaridae,
Isopoda, Insecta. Комахи представлені відділами Ephemeroptera, Coleoptera,
Trichoptera і Diptera. Із двокрилих відмічені Simulidae (мошки), Tabanidae
(гедзі або табаніди) та Chironomidae (личинки хірономід або
комарів-дзвінців).
Всього в складі донної фауни р. Верхня Хортиця було виявлено 6 видів і
таксонів підвидового рангу.
Щільність макрозообентосу в середньому склала 355± 146 екз./м2,
біомаса 2.39± 43 г/м2.

The object of the study is the structural organization and indicative value of
the macrozoobenthos of the Upper Khortytsia River
The subject of the study is the components of the water ecosystem, in
particular, samples of macrozoobenthos and biomass, which were used to calculate
their indicative value
Research methods: theoretical (theoretical analysis, synthesis and
systematization of scientific literature, study of literature sources and analysis of
available data on the ecosystem of water bodies) and empirical (calculation method
of water quality assessment by the water pollution index (WPI)).
The purpose of the qualification study is to determine the structural
organization and indicative value of the macrozoobenthos of the Upper Khortytsia
River.
Samples of the macrozoobenthos of the Verkhnya Khortytsia River were
collected in August - September 2023. During the study period, organisms of the
following groups were found in the zoobenthos of the Verkhnia Khortytsia River:
Gastropoda, Gammaridae, Isopoda, Insecta. Insects are represented by the orders
Ephemeroptera, Coleoptera, Trichoptera and Diptera. Among the diptera,
Simulidae (midges), Tabanidae (horseflies or tabanids) and Chironomidae (larvae
of chironomids or bell mosquitoes) are noted.
A total of 6 species and taxa of subspecies rank were identified in the bottom
fauna of the Verkhnya Khortytsia River.
The density of macrozoobenthos averaged 355± 146 specimens/m2, biomass
2.39± 43 g/m2.
