Наукова новизна полягає у тому,що контекст дослідження є унікальним,оскільки війна є специфічною ситуацією, яка породжує унікальні стресові умови та виклики для особистості. In the modern world, war and conflicts are inevitable phenomena that pose a number of challenges to humanity, not only in the political and economic spheres, but also psychologically. War events and stressful situations related to them affect the mental health of an individual and require special resources from him to overcome difficulties. This work is aimed at investigating the relationship between achievement motivation and psychological resilience in the context of military operations. Achievement motivation is defined as an internal force that pushes a person to achieve success and set goals, while psychological resilience is manifested in an individual's ability to adapt to stressful situations and overcome difficulties. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the research context is unique, since war is a specific situation that creates unique stressful conditions and challenges for the individual. The study of the relationship between achievement motivation and psychological resilience in this context is a relatively new and little-researched direction.
