UA : Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена актуальному питанню дослідження процесів легування та розкислення сталі з використанням диференціальних коефіцієнтів засвоєння (ДКЗ) в металі та шлаку. Якісно нова інформація, що міститься в величинах ДКЗ, дозволяє принципово розширити можливості оптимізації легування, розкислення і рафінування металу. При цьому враховується не тільки вплив елементів, що містяться в металі, але й вплив складу шлаку, наприклад, на розподіл сірки. Стає можливою оптимізація не тільки легуючих, але й шлакоутворюючих матеріалів (наприклад, вапна для десульфурації). В роботі проведені обчислювальні експерименти з метою визначення ДКЗ при розкисленні-легуванні сталей 10кп, 5пс, 15ГС, 25ГС, 10Г2С1 з урахуванням зазначених факторів за допомогою термодинамічного модуля комп’ютерної учбово-дослідницької програми «Excalibur». Розроблені паспорти розкислення-легування з вичерпним набором даних, що стосуються процесів легування, розкислення та вакуумування сталей. Побудовані відповідні графічні залежності.
EN : Qualification work is devoted to the topical issue of researching the processes of alloying and deoxidation of steel using differential assimilation coefficients (DAC) in metal and slag. Qualitatively new information contained in the values of DAC allows to fundamentally expand the possibilities of optimizing metal alloying, deoxidation and refining. This also takes into account not only the influence of the elements contained in the metal, but also the influence of the composition of the slag, for example, on the distribution of sulfur. It becomes possible to optimize not only alloying materials, but also slag-forming materials (for example, lime for desulfurization). Computational experiments were carried out in the work to determine the DAC during the deoxidation-alloying of steels 10кп, 5пс, 15ГС, 25ГС, 10Г2С1 taking into account the specified factors using the thermodynamic module of the «Excalibur» computer educational and research program. Deoxidation-alloying passports have been developed with a comprehensive set of data relating to the processes of alloying, deoxidation and vacuuming of steels. Corresponding graphic dependencies were constructed.
