UA : Проаналізовані переваги та недоліки наявних технічних рішень спрямованих на підвищення ефективності роботи ДСВ-40. Установлено, що головними недоліками відомих конструкцій є вплив мас й мала швидкість нахилу в первинний початок зливу металу з печі. Пропонується встановити двошвидкісний насос із регульованою швидкістю для прискореного зливу металу в початковий період плавки.
EN : The advantages and disadvantages of existing technical solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of DSV-40 work are analyzed. It has been established that the main disadvantages of the known designs are the influence of masses and the low speed of inclination in the primary beginning of the discharge of metal from the furnace. It is proposed to install a two-speed pump with adjustable speed for accelerated draining of metal in the initial period of melting.
