UA : Феномен постправди визначається як установка та схильність суб’єкта до сприйняття оточуючої реальності, за якої значущість об’єктивних даних про цю саму реальність відходить на другий план, поступаючись місцем емоційно забарвленим та упереджено обраним, альтернативним описам реальності, які, частіше за все, узгоджуються зі сталими контурами його сприйняття.
У світовій практиці феномен постправди найчастіше тісно пов’язаний з політичною сферою суспільства, яка базується на доктрині популізму, орієнтована на представлення альтернативного опису реальності з метою отримання доступу до ресурсів управління суспільним розвитком, влади, статусу та престижу.
Нівелювання дії політики постправди є можливим за умови комплексного підходу та орієнтації на систему заходів, серед яких: розвиток інститутів громадянського суспільства, несення реальної відповідальності за порушення професійної (журналістської) етики, фактчекінг, розвиток культури критичного мислення.
EN : The phenomenon of post-truth is defined as the bias and predisposition of a subject to the perception of the surrounding reality, in which the significance of objective data concerning this reality is negated as secondary, giving way to emotionally charged and biased chosen alternative descriptions of reality, which most often are in coherence with the sustainable contours of its perception.
In worldwide practices the phenomenon of post-truth, more often than not is connected with a political sphere of society, which is based on the doctrine of populism, oriented on an alternative descriptions of reality with the intent of accessing the resources of control and governance of social development, power, status and prestige.
Negation of post-truth politics impact is possible provided a comprehensive approach and systemic measures orientation, among which there would be: a development of civil society institutions, a substantial liability for violation of the professional (journalistic) ethics, fact checking, critical thinking culture growth.
