Об’єкт дослідження – фізкультурно-оздоровчі заходи в групах подовженого дня. Суб’єкт дослідження – діти молодшого шкільного віку. Методи дослідження – аналіз і узагальнення науково-методичної літератури з теми дослідження; методи визначення розумової працездатності; тестування фізичної підготовленості; педагогічний експеримент; методи математичної статистики. Аналіз навчально-методичної літератури з теми дослідження дозволив встановити, що фізкультурно-оздоровчі заходи в умовах групи подовженого дня є обов’язковим і необхідним компонентом раціональної побудови навчального процесу молодших школярів. Характер позитивних змін показників розумової працездатності і фізичної підготовленості дітей контрольної групи був виключно тенденційним – без достовірних змін. Статистично-ймовірнісний аналіз результатів розумової працездатності і фізичної підготовленості дітей експериментальної групи під впливом фізкультурно-оздоровчих заходів в групах подовженого дня вказав на високу статистичну значущість отриманих показників та достовірну різницю між їх значеннями.
EN : Thesis consists of 61 pages, 9 tables, 3 figures, 57 references. The aim of the study – to determine the effect of sports and recreation activities on the student's body during the afterschool program. The object of the study – sports and recreational activities in the group of afterschool program. Methods of the research – analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature on the research topic; methods of determining the mental and physical performance; the testing of physical fitness; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. During the study, it was determined that under the influence of sports and recreation activities in group of the afterschool program students of the 3rd grade, their is getting reduced, approaching the average of age norms, reflecting the stabilization of the cardiovascular system. Sports and recreational activities in a group of afterschool program have a positive effect on mental performance indicators on 3rd grade students. Outcomes analysis for weekly and seasonal dynamics of the physical performance 3rd grate students of indicates the presence of differences of this indicator, depending on day of week and time of year. Organization of sports and recreational activities in a group of after school program, taking into the account the dynamics of the physical health of the students and contributes to the improvement of growth indicators of physical fitness and physical activity of elementary school students. The outcomes confirm the necessity to incorporate features of weekly and seasonal changes in performance due to the planning and conducting the training for pupils of elementary school age in order to improve their health influence.
