Об’єктом дослідження є ТОВ «Промтехсервіс».
Метою роботи є вдосконалення системи кадрової політики досліджуваного підприємства.
Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок.
Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи визначається тим, що однією з відмінних рис сучасного виробництва є його сильна залежність від якості робочої сили, форм її використання, ступеня залученості працівника у справи організації. Управління персоналом набуває все більш важливе значення як фактор підвищення довгострокового розвитку організації.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи управління кадровою політикою на підприємстві.
На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ТОВ «Промтехсервіс» та запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення системи управління кадровою політикою досліджуваного підприємства.
Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ТОВ «Промтехсервіс» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

The object of the research is LLC «Promtechservice».
The purpose is improvement of the Human Resources Policy of the studied enterprise.
The research methods: descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, a method of statistical analysis, grouping and summarizing data, expert estimates.
Background of this thesis is determined by the fact that one of the hallmarks of modern production is its strong dependence on the quality of the workforce, its forms of use, the degree of involvement of the employee in the organization. Personnel management is becoming increasingly important as a factor in enhancing the long-term development of an organization.
During the execution of the thesis we were considered the theoretical foundations of the Management of Human Resources Policy of enterprises. Based on the theoretical material was analyzed the activities of the LLC «Promtechservice» and suggested ways of improving of Management of Human Resources Policy in this company.
The specifics character of the paper consists in the fact that the results may be used in the practice of the LLC «Promtechservice» and will contribute to improvement of activity of domestic enterprises.
