Об’єктом дослідження є ПАТ «Запоріжсталь».
Метою роботи є визначення методологічних підходів, розробка базових елементів теорії ділової оцінки персоналу, визначення особливостей процесу оцінювання персоналу та розробка основних напрямків і практичних рекомендацій щодо створення системи ділової оцінки персоналу.
Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок.
Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи визначається збільшенням ролі людських ресурсів у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності підприємства.
Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи ділової оцінки персоналу на підприємстві.
На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» та запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення ділової оцінки персоналу досліджуваного підприємства.
Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

The object of the research is PJSC «Zaporizhstal».
The purpose is choice of methodological approaches and development of basic elements of the theory of business evaluation of personnel, determination of features of the process of personnel assessment and development of basic directions and practical recommendations for creating a system of business evaluation of personnel.
The research methods: descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, a method of statistical analysis, grouping and summarizing data, expert estimates.
Background of this thesis is determined by the increasing role of human resources in ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise.
During the execution of the thesis we were considered the theoretical foundations of the Raising of Effectiveness of Personnel Talent Assessment System of enterprises. Based on the theoretical material was analyzed the activities of the PJSC «Zaporizhstal» and suggested ways of improving of the Raising of Effectiveness of Personnel Talent Assessment System in this company.
The specifics character of the paper consists in the fact that the results may be used in the practice of the PJSC «Zaporizhstal» and will contribute to improvement of activity of domestic enterprises.
