The object of study is the activity of PJSC «SK AXA Insurance» for the period 2016-2018.
The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze methodological approaches to the assessment of financial stability and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement, and to study the practical aspects of financial stability management of PJSC «SK AXA Insurance» for the period 2016-2018.
Objectives: 1) to investigate the theoretical aspects of assessing the financial soundness of the insurer .; 2) to conduct an analysis of the financial and economic characteristics of PJSC «SK AXA Insurance»; 3) to conduct an analysis of the financial stability of the insurance company PJSC «SK AXA Insurance».
Methods of research: dialectical, systemic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, analytical.
The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the methodology of assessing the financial stability of the insurer and finding directions for its improvement that contribute to the construction of an effective insurance market were investigated 2) identify the main problems and shortcomings in the methodology of assessing the financial stability of insurance companies in Ukraine; 3) proposals were developed to address the issues identified using international experience.
The recommendations on organizing and improving the financial stability management of PJSC «SK AXA Insurance» are of practical importance.
The information base of the scientific work is legislative and regulatory acts on insurance activities, official statistical materials, reporting data of PJSC «SK AXA Insurance», scientific works of national students, materials of scientific-practical conferences and resources of the Internet. The scientific work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources and applications.
The first section provides a general description of the essence of the concept of "financial stability of the insurer", as well as the factors that affect it. The second section analyzes the financial soundness of PJSC “AKHA Insurance” JSC. The third section is devoted to identifying current problems in assessing the financial soundness of domestic insurance companies and developing recommendations for ways to improve it.

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз методичних підходів до оцінювання фінансової стійкості та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо її удосконалення, та дослідження практичних аспектів управління фінансовою стійкістю ПрАТ «СК «АХА Страхування» періодом за 2016-2018рр.
Завдання: 1) дослідити теоретичні аспекти оцінки фінансової стійкості страховика.; 2) провести аналіз фінансово-економічної характеристики ПрАТ «СК «АХА Страхування»; 3) провести аналіз фінансової стійкості страхової компанії ПрАТ «СК «АХА Страхування».
Методи досліджень: діалектичний, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний.
Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) було досліджено методологію оцінювання фінансової стійкості страховика та пошук напрямків її удосконалення; 2)виявити основні проблеми та недоліки в методології оцінювання фінансової стійкості страхових компаній в Україні; 3) було розроблено пропозиції щодо вирішення окреслених проблем, використовуючи міжнародний досвід.
Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо організації та вдосконалення управління фінансовою стійкістю ПрАТ «СК «АХА Страхування».
