UA : Мета дослідження: виявити детермінанти оптимізації діалогічного комунікування в іміджуванні.
Об’єкт дослідження: система комунікацій державних органів влади та органів місцевого самоврядування в процесі реєстраційних послуг.
Предмет дослідження: напрямки покращення управління діалогічних комунікацій в іміджуванні органів місцевого самоврядування.
Методи дослідження: термінологічний, метод генетичного підходу, системний, діяльнісний.
Новизна дослідження: пропонуються заходи щодо покращення системи діалогічного комунікування в іміджуванні; здійснюється спроба розгляду іміджування через діалогічні комунікації в Департаменті реєстраційних послуг в процесах діджиталізації та інтерактивних комунікацій органів місцевого
самоврядування та громадян. Гіпотеза: прямий взаємозв’язок впровадження діалогічних комунікацій
та позитивного іміджу; чинником іміджування в діалогічних комунікаціях є якість вирішення проблем та надання послуг; діалогічна комунікація в Іnternet ресурсах знижує емоційність спілкування з громадянами.
Висновки: 1. Феномен діалогічних комунікацій в іміджуванні у місцевому самоврядуванні відображається у демократизації, швидкому контактуванні з громадськістю, позитивному вирішенню наявної проблематики.
2. Діджиталізація країни, що зараз впроваджується новим Міністерством цифрової трансформації, тобто перехід інформаційного поля на цифрові технології в цифровому суспільстві має дуже вагомий вплив на публічне управління.
EN : Research purpose is to identify the optimization determinants of dialogic communication in the process of imagemaking.
Research object is the communication system of state and local governments in the process of registration services.
Research subject is the improvement directions of the dialogic communications’ management in the process of imagemaking of local selfgovernment bodies.
Research methods are terminological, genetic approach, systemic, activity.
Research novelty lies in measures proposed to improve the system of dialogic communication in the process of imagemaking; an attempt is made to consider imagemaking through dialogic communication in the Registration Services
Department in the processes of digitization and interactive communications of local self-government bodies and citizens.
Research hypothesis is that there is a direct relationship between the introduction of dialogues and a positive image; the factor of imagemaking in dialogic communication is the quality of problem solving and service delivery; dialogic communication on the Internet resources reduces emotionality of communication
with citizens.
Conclusions: 1. The phenomenon of dialogic communication in the process of imagemaking in local self-government is reflected in democratization, rapid contact with the public, positive solution of existing problems.
2. The digitization of the country, which is now being introduced by the new Ministry of Digital Transformation, that is, the information field transition to digital technologies in a digital society has a very significant impact on public administration.
