Об’єкт дослідження: імідж-менеджмент організації на ринку освітніх послуг.
Предмет дослідження: механізм формування і способи побудови імідж-менеджменту закладу позашкільної освіти на прикладі комунального закладу Запорізький обласний Центр ЗОЦ НТТУМ «Грані».
Мета роботи: вивчити роль імідж-менеджменту сучасного закладу позашкільної освіти як складової успішної діяльності із надання освітніх послуг на прикладі комунального закладу Запорізький обласний Центр НТТУМ «Грані» та запропонувати напрямки його вдосконалення.
Методи дослідження: від абстрактного до конкретного, узагальнення матеріалу, спостереження, порівняльний аналіз, аналіз отриманих даних, ідеалізація, збір фактів, формалізація, дослідження контенту, контент-аналіз, методи математичної статистики.
Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних завдань: вивчено та узагальнено психолого-педагогічні джерела з проблеми імідж-менеджменту закладів позашкільної освіти; з'ясовано основні властивості іміджу, його суть, структуру, функції та механізми формування імідж-менеджменту організації на ринку освітніх послуг; виявлено специфіку, особливості та закономірності формування імідж-менеджменту закладу позашкільної освіти; надано основні характеристики та організацію освітнього процесу в ЗОЦ НТТУМ «ГРАНІ»; проаналізовано фактори впливу на імідж ЗОЦ НТТУМ «ГРАНІ»; розглянуто наявну модель імідж-менеджменту ЗОЦ НТТУМ «ГРАНІ»; проаналізовано та обґрунтовано шляхи удосконалення імідж-менеджменту організації; запропоновано методику оцінювання результативності іміджу закладу освіти; розроблено тактику імідж-менеджменту ЗОЦ НТТУМ «ГРАНІ»; визначено перспективні напрямки щодо подальшого вдосконалення імідж-менеджменту ЗОЦ НТТУМ «ГРАНІ».
Результати виконаної роботи зводяться до практичних рекомендацій щодо формування та реалізації процесу створення та вдосконалення імідж-менеджменту сучасного закладу позашкільної освіти.

Object of study: image management of an organization in the market of educational services.
Subject of research: mechanism of formation and ways of building image-management of out-of-school education institution on the example of communal institution of Zaporizhzhya Regional Center “Grani”.
Purpose: To study the role of the image-management of the modern out-of-school education institution as a component of successful educational services on the example of the municipal institution of Zaporizhzhya Regional Center “Grani” and to offer directions of its improvement.
Research methods: from abstract to concrete, generalization of material, observation, comparative analysis, analysis of data obtained, idealization, factualization, formalization, content research, content analysis, methods of mathematical statistics.
Specificity of work is to solve the following tasks: psychological and pedagogical sources on the problem of image-management of out-of-school educational institutions are studied and generalized; the basic properties of the image, its essence, structure, functions and mechanisms of formation of the image-management of the organization in the market of educational services are revealed; the specificity, peculiarities and regularities of forming the image-management of an out-of-school educational institution are revealed; the main characteristics and organization of the educational process in the "GRANI" are given; factors of influence on the image of the "GRANI" are analyzed; the existing model of image management of the "GRANI" is considered; ways of improving the image management of the organization are analyzed and substantiated; the method of estimation of efficiency of image of educational establishment is offered; the tactics of image management of the "GRANI" have been developed; perspective directions for further improvement of the image management of the GRANI” are defined.
The results of the work done come down to practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of the process of creating and improving the image management of a modern out-of-school educational institution.
