Предметом кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є соціально-економічні закономірності напрямів удосконалення механізму управління персоналом та ділової кар’єри на прикладі фітнес клубу «555».
Мета кваліфікаційної роботи магістра – вивчення механізму управління персоналом та службово-професійного просування персоналу в кадровій політиці підприємства, також розробка заходів щодо їх удосконалення.
Методи дослідження: метод порівняльного аналізу та метод логічного узагальнення, функціональний метод, системно-структурний аналіз (при огляді теоретичних питань роботи); аналітичний метод та метод порівняльного аналізу (під час аналізу діяльності досліджуваного підприємства); метод експертних оцінок, багатофакторний аналіз, індексний метод та метод угрупувань (при розробці напрямів удосконалення ділової кар’єри персоналу).
В результаті проведеного аналізу сформовано концепцію удосконалення механізмів управління людськими ресурсами в сучасних умовах та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ділової кар’єри працівників. На основі теоретичного матеріалу з у правління людськими ресурсами та аналізу механізмів управління спортивного клубу «555» одержані такі наслідки: розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення процесу підвищення кваліфікації персоналу.

The object of the research of the master’s qualification work is the mechanism of personnel management of SS «555».
The subject of the research of the master’s qualification work is the socio-economic laws of the directions of improvement of the mechanism of personnel management and business career at «555».
The purpose of the master’s qualification work is to study the mechanism of personnel management and professional career advancement of personnel in the personnel policy of the enterprise, as well as to develop measures for their improvement.
Research methods: method of comparative analysis and method of logical generalization, functional method, system-structural analysis (when reviewing theoretical issues of work); analytical method and method of comparative analysis (during the analysis of the activity of the studied enterprise); peer review method, multivariate analysis, index method and group method (when developing directions for improving the business career of staff).
As a result of the analysis, the concept of improvement of human resources management mechanisms in the current conditions was formed and practical recommendations were developed for enhancing the business career of employees. On the basis of theoretical material on human resources management and analysis of the mechanisms of management of SS “555”, the following consequences were obtained: proposals for improvement of the process of personnel qualification development were developed.
