Об’єкт дослідження – навчально-тренувальний процес і змагальна діяльність баскетболістів 12-13 років.
Мета дослідження – розробити методику навчання техніко-тактичним діям баскетболістів 12-13 років на етапі спортивної спеціалізації.
Методи дослідження – вивчення та аналіз спеціальної навчально-методичної літератури, вивчення та аналіз документальних даних, метод контрольних тестів, педагогічні спостереження, контрольно-педагогічні випробування, методи математичної статистики.
Встановлено, що виявлена на основі розробленого комплексу вправ «орієнтовна основа дії» по системі «основних опорних точок» дозволяє сформувати у гравців розумову програму дій, стійку до зміни умов діяльності і широті перенесення в ігрові ситуації різного рівня труднощі. Застосування алгоритму навчання баскетболістів техніко-тактичним діям дозволили своєчасно коригувати процес навчання. Результати педагогічного експерименту показали, що правильність виконання ігрових техніко-тактичних дій спортсменами ЕГ, точність завершальних атак достовірно покращилася на 76%; 86,7%. У випробовуваних КГ показники правильності виконання взаємодій, часу виконання, точності виконання завершальних атак відповідно достовірно поліпшувався на 20,4%; 33%; 23%. Оцінка змагальної діяльності баскетболістів ЕГ в кінці експерименту продемонструвала достовірне зниження показника варіативності атакуючих дій і зниження річних приростів показників втрат м’яча, кількості набраних очок і ефективності змагальної діяльності.

The object of research is the educational and training process and competitive activity of basketball players aged 12-13.
The purpose of the study is to develop a method of teaching technical and tactical actions to basketball players aged 12-13 at the stage of sports specialization.
Research methods - study and analysis of special educational and methodical literature, study and analysis of documentary data, method of control tests, pedagogical observations, control and pedagogical tests, methods of mathematical statistics.
It is established that the "approximate basis of action" revealed on the basis of the developed complex of exercises on the system of "basic reference points" allows to form in players the mental program of actions steady against change of conditions of activity and breadth of transfer in game situations of various level of difficulty. The application of the algorithm of training basketball players in technical and tactical actions allowed to timely adjust the training process. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed that the correctness of the performance of game technical and tactical actions by EG athletes, the accuracy of the final attacks significantly improved by 76%; 86.7%. In the tested CG indicators of the correctness of the interaction, execution time, accuracy of the final attacks, respectively, significantly improved by 20.4%; 33%; 23%. Evaluation of the competitive activity of EG basketball players at the end of the experiment showed a significant decrease in the variability of attacking actions and a decrease in the annual increase in ball loss, the number of points scored and the effectiveness of competitive activity.
