UA : Розглянуто поняття «організаційно-технологічна надійність» як системотехнічна властивість проектних рішень, що забезпечує досягнення заданого результату будівельного проекту в умовах невизначеності та багатофакторності будівництва, як складної імовірнісної системи.
Проаналізовані методи сітьового моделювання, що дозволило створити імовірнісну модель інвестиційного планування і управління проектом, яка відповідає реалізації проекту в заданий термін в умовах ризику і невизначеності. Запроектовані та розраховані архітектурно-конструктивні та організаційно-технологічні рішення будівництва амбулаторного центру з дотриманням нормативних вимог.
Обґрунтована надійність прийнятого рішення, та застосована економіко-математична модель яка дозволяє оцінити надійність прийнятих значень тривалості і вартості проекту на основі імітаційного моделювання для об’єкту будівництва.
EN : The concepts of "organizational and technological reliability" are considered as the systemic properties of design solutions that ensure the achievement of a given result of a construction project in conditions of uncertainty and multifactorial nature of construction, as a complex probabilistic system.
Methods of network modeling were analyzed, which made it possible to create a probabilistic model of investment planning and project management, which corresponds to the implementation of the project in a given time frame under conditions of risk and uncertainty. Architectural, structural and organizational and technological solutions for the construction of an outpatient center have been designed and calculated in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The reliability of the decision was substantiated, and an economic and mathematical model was applied, which allows one to assess the reliability of the accepted values of the duration and cost of the project based on simulation modeling for the construction object.
