UA : В роботі проведено дослідження переваг і недоліків нез’ємної опалубки для будівництва будівель і споруд. Тема відповідає напряму науково-технічної політики держави в галузі оцінювання технічного стану будівель і споруд згідно з Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України №409 від 5 травня 1997 р. „Про забезпечення надійності та безпечної експлуатації будівель, споруд і мереж”. Системний підхід, метод аналізу і порівняння дозволили проаналізувати основні процеси, що відбуваються в складних планувальних рішеннях будівельної галузі, це дає можливість використати науковий підхід до рішення управлінських завдань у будівельній галузі. Аналіз публікацій показав, що наявність рішень і методологій їх використання позволяють вирішувати завдання які пов’язані з вибором актуальної технології будівництва.
EN : The study examines the advantages and disadvantages of fixed formwork for the construction of buildings and structures. The topic corresponds to the direction of scientific and technical policy of the state in the field of assessing the technical condition of buildings and structures in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №409 of May 5, 1997 "On ensuring the reliability and safe operation of buildings, structures and networks." The system approach, the method of analysis and comparison allowed to analyze the main processes occurring in complex planning decisions of the construction industry, it allows to use the scientific approach to solving management problems in the construction industry. The analysis of publications has shown that the availability of solutions and methodologies for their use allow to solve problems related to the choice of current construction technology.
