The object of study is formation and development of organizational culture of . MI "Zaporizhzhya Regional Youth Center" of the ZRC.
The aim of this work is to study forming processes, development and change of organizational culture of non-retail organization of social straightening of MI "Zaporizhzhya Regional Youth Center" of the ZRC, infusion of leadership on the organizational culture in general and development of the environment.
Research methods – descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, method of statistical analysis, grouping and synthesis of data, expert assessments.
The relevance of the theme of this qualification work is determined by the importance of the development model of the MI "ZRYC" of the ZRC, as a process of transformation of the organization to a qualitatively new state.
During the execution of the work were considered the theoretical basis of the model of organizational culture. On the basis of theoretical material have been investigated the influence of leadership on the formation and development of organizational culture of the MI "Zaporizhzhya Regional Youth Center" of the ZRC and proposed measures to improve the efficiency of management of organization development.
Obtained in the qualifying results can be used by the leadership of MI "ZRYC" of the ZRC with the aim of optimizing the strategy of its development, as well as companies of similar profile in management.
UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 65 с., 7 рис., 5 табл., 16 джерела. Об’єктом дослідження є формування та розвиток організаційної культури КУ "Запорізький обласний центр молоді" ЗОР. Мета даної роботи – дослідження процесів формування, розвитку та зміни організаційної культури неприбуткової організації соціальної спрямованості Комунальної установи “Запорізький обласний центр молоді” Запорізької обласної ради, вплив лідерства на організаційну культури в цілому і розвиток її окремих частин. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи обумовлена важливістю моделі розвитку КУ «Запорізький обласний центр молоді» ЗОР, як процесу перетворення організації у якісно новий стан. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні моделі організаційних культур підприємств. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було досліджено вплив лідерства на формування та розвиток організаційної культури КУ "Запорізький обласний центр молоді" ЗОР та запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення ефективності управління розвитком організації. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом КУ "Запорізький обласний центр молоді" ЗОР з метою удосконалення концепції його розвитку, а також установи аналогічного профілю в управлінській діяльності.
