There is a need to solve responsible tasks, the need to be included in the system of interpersonal and social relations, taking into account the factors that contribute to productive and quality activities. Social change requires a person to quickly adapt to this situation, based on existing life experience, professional activity, creativity and initiative. As life practice shows, most people are unable to overcome difficult life situations that arise in the process of interaction with the outside world and is the main cause of disharmonious personality development. A significant role in eliminating their negative consequences depends on the development and implementation of behavior. Skillful, correct use of behavioral strategies determines the further harmonious development of personality.
