Метою роботи було вивчення гендерних особливостей імунологічних показникiв людей з алергiчними захворюваннями в залежності від віку та умов навколишнього середовища. Методи дослiдження: iмунологiчнi, статистичнi. Матеріалом для дослідження була кров хворих з алергічними захворюваннями.
Встановлено, що в групi жiнок вiдбувалось зниження рiвня CD3+, CD4+, CD16+- лiмфоцитiв, пiдвищення рiвня CD8+, Ig Е та G, в групi чоловiкiв – зниження iмунорегуляторного iндексу, пiдвищення вмiсту CD8+, Ig Е та А, якi залежали вiд вiку хворих і умов навколишнього середовища. Найбiльш вираженi змiни виявленi у жiнок вiд 31 до 40 рокiв, у чоловiкiв у 18-30 та 51 - 60 рокiв, які проживають у місті.
Новизна роботи. Вперше проведено порiвняльний аналiз iмунологiчних показникiв при алергiчних захворюваннях у мешканців міста Запорiжжя і сел Запорізької областi за гендерним і віковим розподілом.
Значущiсть роботи – результати дослiдження поширюють уявлення про гендернi та вiковi особливостi iмунологiчних показникiв у хворих iз алергiчними захворюваннями. Завдяки цим дослiдженням виявлено рiзнi за ступенем змiни показникiв iмунiтету в залежностi вiд факторів середовища, статi та вiку хворих. Отримані результати можуть бути використанi лiкарями сiмейної медицини та алергологами для розробки оптимальних пiдходiв до активного виявлення, лiкування та профiлактики алергiчних захворювань.

Work's purpose was to study gender features of immunological indices of patients with allergic diseases depending on age and environmental conditions. Research methods: immunological, statistical. Material for the research was the blood of patients with allergic diseases.
It was discovered, that the group of women had a decrease in the level of CD3+, CD4+, CD16+- lymphocytes and an increase in the level of CD+8, IgE, IgG. The group of men had a reduction of immunoregulatory index. It was found that women aged 31 to 40 years and men aged 18-30 years and 51-60 years had the most significant changes.
Work's novelty. A comparative analysis of immunological of patients with allergic diseases living in city Zaporizhzhya and in villages of Zporizhzhia region was carried out for the first time.
Work’s significance – the results of research widen a concept of gender and age features of immunological indices of patients with allergic diseases. By virtue of this study were found different levels of changes in immunological indices, depending on the age and gender of patients and environmental conditions. The results can be used by family doctors and allergists to develop optimal practices for the active detection, treatment and prevention of allergic diseases.
