Об'єкт дослідження – процес фізичної реабілітації осіб 40-45 років з діагнозом геміпарез постінсультного характеру.
Мета дослідження – оцінка ефективності реабілітаційної програми, яка включає засоби ерготерапії, в корекції дрібної моторики осіб віком 40-45 років з геміпарезом постінсультного характеру.
Методі дослідження – аналіз літературних джерел, методи оцінки дрібної моторики, кінетичні проби, тест Френчай, визначення ступеню відновлення кисті, методи оцінки функціонального стану серцево-судинної системи та стану ії регуляторних механізмів, методи математичної статистиці.
Результати проведеного дослідження дозволили констатувати високу ефективність запропонованої програми реабілітації у зв’язку з тим, що в усіх пацієнтів експериментальної групи к завершенню дослідження були характерні достовірно більш високі, в порівнянні з контрольною групою, темпи покращення результатів у першому та другому кінетичних тестах, в тестах Френча, Рівермід, в тесті «Стан відновлення кисти», а також основних показників серцево-судинної системи та, особливо, індексу напруги регуляторних механізмів системи кровообігу та індексу вегетативної рівноваги.

The object of the research is the process of physical rehabilitation of persons aged 40-45 with a diagnosis of postmenal hemiparesis.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program, which includes means of ergotherapy, in the correction of fine motor populations of persons aged 40-45 years with hemiparesis post-stroke.
Method of research - analysis of literary sources, methods of evaluation of fine motor, kinetic tests, Frenech test, determination of degree of restoration of the brush, methods for evaluating the functional state of the cardiovascular system and its state of regulating mechanisms, methods of mathematical statistics.
The results of the study made it possible to state the high efficiency of the proposed rehab program, because in all patients of the experimental group, the tests completed were significantly higher, compared to the control group, the rate of improvement in first and second kinetic tests, in the tests Frank, Rivermind, in the test "Condition of the restoration of the brush", as well as the basic indicators of the cardiovascular system and, in particular, the stress index of the regulatory mechanisms of the circulatory system and Code is autonomic balance.
