Остання не може бути без високого рівня благополуччя та самоактуалізації вперш за все самого медичного працівника, формування високих засад якого має бути ще на початку професійного шляху розвитку та ідентифікації особистості. Професія лікаря, у зв’язку із складністю багатогранністю динамічністю роботи, зумовлює необхідність наявності певного набору особистісних якостей задля здійснення процесу лікування пацієнта, окремі з яких потребують формування, починаючи з навчальних закладів. Зокрема, на ефективність роботи лікаря вагомий вплив має рівень благополуччя власного життя. Наукова новизна полягає у визначені індивідуальних особливостей суб’єктивного психологічного благополуччя у осіб молодого віку в процесі здобуття вищої освіти медичного спрямування.

At the present stage of dynamic development of Ukrainian society there are radical changes in the spheres of social and spiritual life, there is no exception and medical, which requires significant changes, in particular doctor-patient communication with a high level of personal responsibility and empathy. The latter cannot be without a high level of well-being and self-actualization for the first time of the medical worker himself, whose formation of high principles should be at the beginning of the professional path of development and identification of the individual. The profession of a doctor, due to the complexity of the multifaceted dynamics of work, necessitates the presence of a certain set of personal qualities to carry out the process of treatment of the patient, some of which need to be formed, starting with educational institutions. In particular, the efficiency of the doctor's work is significantly influenced by the level of well-being of one's own life. The scientific novelty is to determine the individual characteristics of subjective psychological well-being in young people in the process of obtaining medical higher education.
