UA : Мета дослідження: аналіз сучасного рівня пізнання, ефективності та перспектив розвитку профілактики соціального харасменту в трудовому колективі державної установи.
Об’єкт дослідження: трудовий колектив державної установи.
Предмет дослідження: профілактика соціального харасменту в трудовому колективі державної установи.
Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, моніторинг, проектування.
Гіпотеза: ефективним напрямком профілактики соціального харасменту в трудовому колективі державної установи виступає розробка політики щодо харасменту, формування необхідних знань, умінь та навичок в персоналу, щодо розпізнання та протидії даному феномену.
Висновки: 1. В трудовому колективі відбуваються соціальні процеси формального та неформального характеру, позитивні та негативні. Трудовий колектив в державній установі виконує функцію виробничо-економічну, виховну, організаційно-управлінську, функція соціального контролю, задоволення потреб працівників, створення умов для самореалізації.
2. Харасмент як соціальний процес, завдає шкоду як всьому колективу, так і окремим особам. Формами прояву харасменту виступають: залякування, блокування, ізоляція, приниження.
3. Профілактика харасменту в трудовому колективі реалізовується на інституційному, колективному та індивідуальному рівнях. Популярними напрямками профілактичних заходів є розроблення політики відношення до харасменту, інформаційно-просвітницька робота, соціологічне опитування, розвиток колективу, навчання протидії харасменту.
EN : Research purpose is to analyze the current level of knowledge, effectiveness and prospects for the prevention development of social harassment in the labor collective of government organization.
Research object is the labor collective of government organization.
Research subject is the prevention of social harassment in the labor collective of government organization.
Research methods are analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, monitoring, designing.
Research hypothesis is that an effective prevention direction of social harassment in the labor collective of government organization is the development of policy on harassment, formation of the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities in staff concerning the possibility to recognize and combat this phenomenon.
Conclusions: 1. Social processes of formal and informal nature, positive and negative, take place in the labor collective. The labor collective in government organization performs the production and economic function, educational, organizational and managerial, as well as the function of social control, meeting the needs of employees, creating conditions for self-realization.
2. Harassment as a social process, harms the whole collective and individuals. Forms of harassment are: intimidation, blocking, isolation, humiliation.
3. Prevention of harassment in the labor collective is implemented at the institutional, collective and individual levels. Popular directions of the preventive measures are the development of an attitude to harassment policy, informational and educational work, opinion polls, team development, training to counteract harassment.
