The object of the study - indicators of the functional state of the hip joint in children of the first year of life with hip dysplasia.
The purpose of the qualification work is to study the effectiveness of the use of Voita therapy in the rehabilitation of children in the first year of life with congenital pathology of the hip joint.
Research methods - theoretical analysis of scientific and medical literature, analysis of medical documentation, ultrasound examination of the hip joints, goniometry, anthropometry, methods of mathematical statistics.
It has been shown that for patients with hip dysplasia, the clinical picture is: shortening of the lower extremity on the patient's side, increased muscle tone in the buttocks and thighs. It is difficult to spread the hips to the sides.
The use of Voita therapy helps to increase the amplitude of movements in the hip joint, normalize muscle tone, improve blood circulation to the hip joint. Voita therapy also affects the development of the child as a whole: the child quickly acquires functional skills of crawling and turning.
