Профілактика правопорушень у підлітків в учнівському середовищі

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 81 с., 5 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 60 джерел, 4 додатки. Об’єкт дослідження: профілактика делінквентної поведінки підлітків. Предмет дослідження: профілактика протиправної поведінки учнів старшого підліткового віку. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити програму профілактики протиправної поведінки учнів старшого підліткового віку, схильних до правопорушень. Методи дослідження: - теоретичні - аналіз, систематизація, узагальнення; - емпіричні - анкетування, порівняння, педагогічний експеримент. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до профілактики делінквентної поведінки підлітків, що включає не лише інформування про наслідки такої поведінки, а й передбачає формування навичок соціальної компетенції. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці соціально-педагогічної програми з формування правосвідомої поведінки підлітків. Галузь використання: загальноосвітні школи, навчально-виховні та лікувально-виховні заклади для неповнолітніх правопорушників, служба у справах неповнолітніх, ювенальні служби пробації.

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 2 parts, findings, list of literature (6 items), 4 addenda on 9 pages. The qualifying work volume is 96 pages long, 81 of them - main text. There are 5 tables and 8 illustration. The qualifying work gives theoretical survey and describes the experimental research of juvenile delinquency problem, psychological aspects and reasons of such behavior. It defines the conditions and means of preventative and correlative influence directed to promoting the formation of responsible and law-abiding citizens. The research object: prevention of delinquent behavior of adolescents. The research subject: prevention of illegal behavior of of juvenile students. Purposeful work to eliminate shortcomings in the field of family, school, labor education of minors is carried out with the help of specific tools specific to the bodies involved in this activity, in addition, preventive work is more effective if closely related to the organization of meaningful leisure. The research tasks are: 1) consider the nature and features of crimes committed by minors as a social phenomenon; 2) to analyze the features of domestic and foreign experience in the prevention of crimes committed by minors: 3) determine the content and technology of prevention of crimes committed by minors; 4) develop recommendations for the use of the program of socio-pedagogical prevention of crimes against property of older adolescents prone to delinquency. The part 1 «Theoretical analysis of social and pedagogical work on prevention of offenses among adolescents» describes the essence of the notions «deviation» and «delinquency», them features as a social phenomenons, factors that course theirs origin; considers peculiarities of juveniles delinquency behavior; analyzes foreign and native experience of prevention of juveniles delinquency behavior. The part 2 «Program of empirical research of social and pedagogical work on prevention of offenses among adolescents in school conditions» shows the results of consultive, formative and monitoring stages of the experimental work of prevention of juveniles delinquency behavior, the effectiveness of the program of preventative measures from delinquency behavior of juveniles is grounded, implemented and checked. The analysis of results has proved the effectiveness of formulated and implemented program of socially-pedagogical preventative measures from delinquency behavior of juvenile students inclined to deviations.
