EN : Theoretical bases of management of business activity of the machine - building enterprise on the basis of tools of the financial analysis are investigated. The modern condition and prospects of development of mechanical engineering in Ukraine are analyzed. A study of the business activity of PJSC "Motor Sich". The directions of improvement of management of business activity of the machine - building enterprise are defined.
