Участь у бойових діях, загальновизнано вважається стресовим чинником найвищої міри інтенсивності, тому проблема збереження здоров’я і працездатності осіб, що беруть участь у військових конфліктах, що супроводжуються веденням активних бойових дій останнім часом привертає увагу великого числа дослідників. Перебування в зоні бойових дій супроводжується сильним психотравмуючим впливом через екстремальні ситуації, в які потрапляє учасник бойових дій, що неминуче впливає на психологічний стан, в тому числі й після повернення до мирного життя. Маючи своєрідний життєвий досвід, вони представляють собою таку категорію населення, яка потребує особливого підходу. На перший план виходить питання про необхідність адаптації до нових умов, про перебудову психіки на мирний лад. Наукова новизна: вперше виділені навички соціально-психологічної адаптації до умов мирного життя; створено тренінгову програму для розвитку навичок соціально-психологічної адаптації учасників бойових дій. The problem of socio-psychological adaptation of combatants, unfortunately, is now becoming particularly relevant. Participation in hostilities is generally considered to be a stress factor of the highest degree of intensity, so the problem of maintaining the health and ability to work of persons involved in military conflicts, accompanied by active hostilities, has recently attracted the attention of many researchers. Being in a combat zone is accompanied by a strong traumatic impact due to extreme situations in which a participant in hostilities finds himself, which inevitably affects the psychological state, including after returning to a peaceful life. Having a unique life experience, they represent a category of the population that needs a special approach. At the forefront is the need to adapt to new conditions, the restructuring of the psyche in a peaceful way.
