Тому недивно, що за даними порівняльного масштабного соціологічного дослідження роботу вважають головною справою у житті у США –50% населення; у Швеції – 45%, у Германії – 25%, а у межах колишнього СРСР – тільки 10% .Під впливом соціально-економічних змін, що відбулися у суспільстві виникло нове розуміння гострої необхідності у спеціалістах з великим рівнем професіоналізму. А одним з найважливіших критеріїв розвитку майбутнього професіоналізму є формування мотивації професійної діяльності. Саме від ступеню сформованості професійної мотивації залежить те наскільки спеціаліст буде користуватися попитом у своїй галузі, та те наскільки він буде успішним у обраній професійній діяльності. Врешті-решт, від ступеню сформованості мотивації професійної діяльності залежить якість роботи спеціаліста. Наукова новизна нашої дослідницької роботи полягає у тому, що ми намагались виділити та обґрунтувати фактори, що мають вплив на сформованість мотивації професійної діяльності у майбутніх спеціалістів, а також дослідити динаміку їх змін підчас процесу отримання професійної освіти у ВУЗі.

For decades, the economy was dominated by a technocratic approach, when the main ones were: technology, production plans, budgets, administrative regulations, and the role of personnel was relegated to the background, which led to the alienation of workers, reduced interest in work, and hence its low quality. Therefore, it is not surprising that according to a comparative large-scale sociological study, work is considered the main thing in life in the United States - 50% of the population; in Sweden - 45%, in Germany - 25%, and within the former USSR - only 10%.
Under the influence of socio-economic changes that have taken place in society, a new understanding of the urgent need for specialists with a high level of professionalism. And one of the most important criteria for the development of future professionalism is the formation of motivation for professional activity. It depends on the degree of formation of professional motivation to what extent the specialist will be in demand in their field, and how successful he will be in the chosen professional activity. After all, the quality of a specialist's work depends on the degree of motivation of professional activity. The scientific novelty of our research work is that we tried to identify and justify the factors that affect the formation of motivation of professional activity in future professionals, as well as to investigate the dynamics of their changes during the process of vocational education in higher education.
