Бо вона являє собою основу умілого будування складних для дитини відносин з іншими людьми. Лише завдяки вмінню аналізувати власні здібності та вчинки, надавати їм ту чи іншу оцінку дитина може зрозуміти власну цінність, і завдяки чому побудувати особисту самооцінку. Самооцінка на кожному віковому етапі людини є дуже важливою,тому що вона безпосереднім чином впливає на якість перш за усе психологічного, а згодом і соціального життя. Але самооцінка дитини є дуже сприйнятливою, на неї впливає кожен день багато зовнішніх факторів таких як: вчитель, однолітки, кіно, але особливим чином і найголовнішим впливає саме сім’я. Родина є основою основ для ще не встановленої та не зміцненої самооцінки дитини. Насамперед сім’я є визначаючим фактором у встановлені особистості дитини, а згодом і її життєвого шляху та особистого вибору. Батьки виступають основним мірилом норми та прикладом для наслідування. Дитина не аналізує погані чи добрі стосунки у батьків, він просто копіює їх життя складаючи у підсвідомість життя батьків як еталон. Тому діти від народження отримують установки, ролі, систему поглядів, методів будування відносин у суспільстві, а також емоційний, когнітивний, соціальний і навіть фізичний шлях розвитку власної особистості. Аналізуючи самооцінку можна продемонструвати, як саме самооцінка ілюструє нервово - психічне здоров’я дитини молодшого шкільного віку. Сім’я є тим джерелом сили, натхнення та ресурсом для дитини яке безпосередньо може вплинути на її якість життя як у школі, так і взагалі у суспільстві. Саме стосунки у сім’ї є основною проблемою неадекватної самооцінки у дитини як у завищений так і в занижений бік. Наукова новизна полягає в теоретичному й експериментальному дослідженні питання взаємозв’язку самооцінки дитини та стиля сімейного виховання, обґрунтовано важливість впливу міжособистісних відносин у сім’ї на особистість дитини молодшого шкільного віку.

The child does not analyze the bad or good relationships of the parents, he simply copies their lives, subconsciously compiling the lives of the parents as a standard. Analyzing self-esteem can show how self-esteem illustrates the nervous and mental health of a child of primary school age.
