UA : У магістерській роботі проведено аналіз вуглеграфітових матеріалів та їх властивостей. Достатньо повно представлена технологія виробництва електродної продукції та технологія просочення графітованих блоків неорганічними речовинами. В роботі розглянуто фізико – хімічні основи виробництва просочених електродів, проведено дослідження кінетики процесів просочення неорганічними речовинами та представлено технологічний цикл. Вибрано основне обладнання для процесу просочення та опасано основні його частини. Представлено данні по впливу процесу окислення на фізико-хімічні характеристики.
EN : In the master's thesis the analysis of carbon graphite materials and their properties is carried out. The technology of electrode production and the technology of impregnation of graphite blocks with inorganic substances are sufficiently fully represented. The physicochemical bases of impregnated electrodes production are considered, the kinetics of impregnation processes by inorganic substances is studied and the technological cycle is presented. The main equipment for the impregnation process is selected and its main parts are described. Data on the influence of the oxidation process on the physicochemical characteristics are presented.
