UA : Мета дослідження: визначити напрями оптимізації впровадження електронного документообігу в структурі Держпродспоживслужби Запорізької області.
Об’єкт дослідження: системи електронного документообігу.
Предмет дослідження: потенціал впровадження електронного документообігу в структурі Держпродспоживслужби Запорізької області.
Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, структурно-функціональний, аналіз статистичних даних.
Гіпотеза: В умовах пандемії CODIV-19 актуальності набуло впровадження електронних сервісів, які дають можливість комунікувати з колегами, клієнтами, партнерами, постачальниками, державними органами онлайн.
Висновки:
1. Впровадження та оновлення системи електронного документообігу значно зменшує можливості хвороби CODIV-19.
2. В результаті використання системи електронного документообігу, як правило, в організації упорядковується робота з документами, терміни їх виконання скорочуються, спрощується їх пошук і зберігання.
3. Від спеціалістів, задіяних у веденні документообігу залежить результат і позитивний ефект для організації, тому слід приділяти увагу до їх професійного навчання та підвищення кваліфікації.
EN : Research purpose is to determine the optimization directions of implementing the electronic document management in the structure of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection of Zaporizhzhia region.
Research object is the electronic document management systems.
Research subject is the implementation potential of electronic document management in the structure of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection of Zaporizhzhia region.
Research methods are analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, structural and functional, statistical data analysis.
Research hypothesis is that the electronic services implementation which provide an opportunity to communicate with colleagues, customers, partners, suppliers, government bodies online has become relevant in the context of the CODIV-19 pandemic.
Conclusions:
1. The implementation and upgrade of the electronic document management system significantly reduces the chances of CODIV-19 disease.
2. As a rule, the organization’s work with documents comes to order, the deadlines are reduced, the search and storage is simplified as a result of the use of electronic document management system.
3. The result and positive effect for the organization depends on the specialists involved in document management, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to their vocational education and training.
