Об’єкт дослідження – методика навчання техніці самбо.
Мета дослідження – вдосконалення методики навчання техніці боротьби самбо хлопчиків 9-10 років на етапі початкової підготовки.
Методи дослідження: аналіз науково-літературних джерел, педагогічне спостереження, педагогічний експеримент, контрольні випробування (тести), методи математичної статистики.
В рамках кваліфікаційної роботи розроблено та експериментально апробовано методику навчання техніці кидків самбістів на етапі початкової підготовки. У методиці навчання хлопчиків експериментальної групи переважали завдання на розвиток координації руху, на техніку виконання кидка, все це зробило прямий вплив на витривалість і розвиток координаційних здібностей дітей. Відпрацювання і застосування вправ, в змісті яких відпрацьовувалися технічні прийоми виконання захоплень і кидків різної складності зробили позитивний вплив на фізичну підготовленість хлопчиків експериментальної групи.
Технічну підготовку юних самбістів ми вивчали за контрольними вправами «борцівський міст», забігання навколо голови, варіанти самостраховки (політ, приземлення, правильна амортизація руками), і демонстрацію базових елементів: стійок, захоплень, пересувань. Результати хлопчиків експериментальної групи були вищими за результати хлопчиків контрольної групи.

The object of research is the method of teaching Sambo techniques.
The aim of the study is to improve the methodology of teaching sambo wrestling techniques to boys aged 9-10 years at the stage of initial training.
Research methods: analysis of scientific and literary sources, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, control tests (tests), methods of Mathematical Statistics.
As part of the qualification work, a methodology for teaching the technique of throwing Sambo wrestlers at the initial training stage was developed and experimentally tested. The method of teaching boys in the experimental group was dominated by tasks for the development of coordination of movement, for the technique of performing a throw, all this had a direct impact on the endurance and development of coordination abilities of children. The development and application of exercises, in the content of which technical techniques for performing grabs and throws of varying complexity were worked out, had a positive impact on the physical fitness of the boys of the experimental group.
We studied the technical training of young Sambo wrestlers in the control exercises "wrestling bridge", running around the head, self-insurance options (flight, landing, proper cushioning with our hands), and demonstration of basic elements: racks, grabs, movements. The results of boys in the experimental group were higher than those of boys in the control group.
