Поетика бароко у трагікомедіях В. Шекспіра

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 53 pages of printed text. The list of references includes 51 sources. The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as the specifics of baroque aesthetics in William Shakespeare's tragicomedies “The Tempest”, “Cymbeline”, “Winter’s Tale”. The object of research is the poetics of William Shakespeare's tragicomedies “The Tempest”, “Cymbeline”, “Winter’s Tale”. The subject of study is the baroque aesthetics in the representation of Shakespeare's tragicomedies “The Tempest”, “Cymbeline”, “Winter’s Tale”. The aim of the thesis is to find out the specifics of baroque representation in William Shakespeare's tragicomedies “The Tempest”, “Cymbeline”, “Winter’s Tale”. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: 1) to consider the aesthetic principles of the Baroque; 2) to find out the place of tragicomedies in the context of William Shakespeare's creative legacy; 3) to determine the features of the plot of Shakespeare's tragicomedies; 4) to consider the system of images of characters in tragicomedies, which are built on the principles of baroque aesthetics; 5) to analyze baroque antinomies in order to identify the features of artistic representation of the world in tragicomedies. The definition of the “baroque” is offered in the work. Exploring the artistic space of the plays “Cymbeline”, “The Tempest”, “Winter’s Tale”, we found in it a whole system of baroque means of reflecting reality. The plays embody the baroque idea of the illusory and variability of the world and man, the author distorts the space, thus testifying to the disharmony and chaos that prevail in the world. The dominant techniques in Shakespeare’s late pieces are play, illusion, dream, changing forms, which are the foundations of Baroque poetics.

Теоретико-методологічні засади: ключові положення теорії: збірники наукових праць («Шекспірівські читання» (2013-2021), «Шекспірівські студії» (2019), Ренесансні студії (1999-2020)), а також дослідження сучасних науковців (А. А. Анкіста (1974), Б. Б. Шалагінова (2003), Б. В. Вікерса (2006), Х. Ш. Сайма (2011), Т. В. Михальченка (2016) та інші). Отримані результати: дослідивши художній простір п’єс «Цимбелін», «Буря», «Зимова казка», можна зробити висновок, що наявність у текстах рис барокої естетики відображення дійсності втілені через барокові ідеї про ілюзорність та мінливість світу і людини, автор деформує простір, засвідчуючи тим самим дисгармонію й хаос, що панують у світі. Залучаючи міфологічний арсенал старовини (чарівні духи, німфи, богині), драматург намагається не стільки прикрасити п’єсу, скільки довести, що в довкіллі панують невідомі сили, дія яких є непередбачуваною. Ця таємнича атмосфера стає предметом видовища, спектаклю й підтверджує мінливість і нестійкість світу. Домінантами стилю творів пізнього періоду творчості В. Шекспіра стають гра, ілюзія, сон, мінливі форми, що є основами барокової поетики. Отже, «Цимбелін», «Буря» та «Зимова казка» перетворюються на втілення барокового уявлення про світ як про «хаос» та про людину як «ламкий очерет, що гойдається на вітру».
