UA : У дослідженні висвітлено суть проблем надання адміністративних послуг
органами публічної влади в Україні. Розкрито основні напрямки удосконалення
процесу надання адміністративних послуг, підвищення ефективності діяльності
органів публічної влади та оцінювання якості надання адміністративних послуг
населенню.
Проведено детальний аналіз створення правової бази у сфері надання
адміністративних послуг в Україні, досліджено механізм запозичення
європейської моделі адміністративних послуг та її реалізацію в українській
системі публічного управління; вивчено недоліки та запропоновано шляхи
покращення надання адміністративних послуг. Узагальнено приклади
функціонування системи надання адміністративних послуг в Україні та в
європейських країнах.
EN : The core of problem of provision of administrative services by the state
agencies in Ukraine is highlighted in this research. Main directions of improvement
of administrative services’ provision process and improvement of state agencies’
activity efficiency by provision of administrative services to the population are
detailed.
A detailed analysis of legal base’s creation in the sphere of administrative
services provision in Ukraine was carried out has been carried out, the mechanism of
borrowing European model of administrative services and its realization in Ukrainian
system of public governance has been investigated; disadvantages have been studied
and ways of improvement of administrative services provision have been given.
Examples of functioning of system of administrative services provision in Ukraine
and in the European countries have been generalized.
