UA : Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади моделі збалансованого стійкого розвитку підприємства в умовах нестабільності та визначено понятійно-категоріальний апарат моделі збалансованого стійкого розвитку підприємства в умовах нестабільності. Проведений аналіз світових тенденцій впровадження моделі збалансованого стійкого розвитку в діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано організаційно-управлінську структуру ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» та визначені основні проблеми стійкого розвитку ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». На основні проведеного SWOT-аналізу системи стійкого розвитку ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» визначені основні напрямки вдосконалення моделі збалансованого стійкого розвитку підприємства в умовах нестабільності. Обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження стратегії збалансованого розвитку на ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» та запропоновані основні стратегічні напрямки впровадження моделі збалансованого стійкого розвитку на ПАТ «Запоріжсталь».
EN : Theoretical and methodological principles of the model of balanced sustainable development of the enterprise in conditions of instability are considered and the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the model of balanced sustainable development of the enterprise in conditions of instability is determined. The analysis of world tendencies of introduction of the model of balanced sustainable development in the activity of the enterprise is carried out. The organizational and managerial structure of PJSC "Zaporizhstal" is analyzed and the main problems of sustainable development of PJSC "Zaporizhstal" are identified. Based on the SWOT-analysis of the system of sustainable development of PJSC "Zaporizhstal" the main directions of improving the model of balanced sustainable development of the enterprise in conditions of instability are determined. The expediency of implementing the strategy of sustainable development at PJSC "Zaporizhstal" is substantiated and the main strategic directions of implementing the model of balanced sustainable development at PJSC "Zaporizhstal" are proposed.
