Об’єкт дослідження – фізичні вправи силового характеру в умовах уроку фізичної культури.
Мета дослідження – проаналізувати удосконалення силових здібностей учнів засобами силових вправ різної спрямованості в умовах уроків фізичної культури.
Методи дослідження – аналіз науково-методичної літератури, педагогічний експеримент, тестування силових здібностей (статичної, динамічної сили та силової витривалості).
Результати експерименту свідчать про відсутність істотних достовірних розходжень у показниках силових здібностей хлопчиків експериментальних і контрольних груп на початку дослідження.
В кінці експерименту показники м’язової сили у хлопчиків 11-12 та 12-13 років експериментальної групи суттєво покращились. Вірогідний абсолютний та відносний приріст м’язової сили в експериментальних групах хлопчиків був більш значним у порівнянні з контрольною групою.
Проведений експеримент виявив можливість застосування фізичних вправ з обтяженням в умовах уроків фізичної культури з учнями підліткового віку.

The object of research is the physical exercise of a powerful nature in a lesson of physical culture.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the improvement of the power abilities of students by means of power exercises of various orientations in conditions of physical culture lessons.
Methods of research - analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiment, testing of power abilities (static, dynamic force and power endurance).
The results of the experiment indicate the absence of significant reliable differences in the valuable abilities of the boys of experimental and control groups at the beginning of the study.
At the end of the experiment, muscle strength in boys 11-12 and 12-13 years of experimental group have significantly improved. A probable absolute and relative increase in muscle strength in experimental groups of boys was more significant compared to the control group.
The conducted experiment showed the possibility of applying physical exercises with an encumbrance under conditions of physical culture lessons with students of adolescence.
