UA : Мета дослідження: вивчення особливостей профілактики психологічних

Об’єкт дослідження: чинники професійного стресу працівників сфери
публічного управління.
Предмет дослідження: профілактика психологічних чинників
професійного стресу працівників сфери публічного управління.
Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, спостереження,
тестування, абстрагування.
Гіпотеза: одними з головних завдань профілактики психологічних
чинників професійного стресу працівників сфери публічного управління є
сприяння розвитку та реалізації на практиці більш гнучкої організації робочого
процесу, підтримка духовних мотивів діяльності, зацікавлення працівників
сфери публічного управління різноплановими завданнями.
Висновки: 1. Діяльність держслужбовців є достатньо складною і
напруженою, а відтак обумовлює виникнення професійного стресу.
2. Професійний стрес є специфічним видом професійної деформації
працівників, варіантом їх девіантної поведінки і специфічним видом
соціального захворювання.
3. Аспекти професійної діяльності необхідно враховувати у процесі
впровадження корпоративних заходів профілактики психологічних чинників
професійного стресу працівників сфери публічного управління.
EN : The aim of research: to study the features of prevention of psychological
factors of occupational stress among workers employed in the sphere of public
governance.
The object of research: factors of occupational stress among workers
employed in the sphere of public governance.
The subject ofresearch: prevention of psychological factors of occupational
stress among workers employed in the sphere of public governance.
The methods of research: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction,
observation, testing, abstraction.
The hypothesis: among the main tasks of prevention of psychological factors
of occupational stress among workers employed in the sphere of public governance
are to promote the development and implementation of more flexible organization
of working process, to support spiritual motives of activity, to interest the workers
employed in the sphere of public governance in diverse tasks.
The conclusions: 1 . The activity of government officers is quite challenging
and intense, and therefore causes occupational stress.
2. Occupational stress is a specific type of professional deformation of
workers, a variant of their deviant behavior and a specific type of social disease.
3. Aspects of professional activity should be taken into account when
implementing corporate measures for prevention of psychological factors of
occupational stress among workers employed in the sphere of public governance.
