Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування маркетингової політики
комунікацій ТОВ «Союз – Континент – СК».
Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичних підходи щодо
вдосконалення методів формування маркетингової політики комунікацій
ТОВ «Союз – Континент – СК».
Метою магістерської роботи магістра є систематизація наукових,
методологічних та практичних знань з формування маркетингової політики
комунікацій промисловиї підприємств.
У процесі дослідження одержано такі наукові результати:
1) розглянуто сутність, зміст та складові маркетингової політики
комунікацій;
2) досліджено класифікацію інструментів маркетингової політики
комунікацій;
3) досліджено інтегровані маркетингові комунікації як чинник
ефективого розвитку підприємства;
4) проаналізовано маркетингова комунікаційна діяльність ТОВ
«Союз – Континент – СК»;
5) проаналізовано ефективність витрат на маркетингову політику
комунікацій ТОВ «Союз – Континент – СК»;
6) запропоновано організацію і планування інтегрованих
маркетингових комунікацій;
7) розроблено рекомендації щодо формування системи
маркетингової політики комунікацій ТОВ «Союз – Континент – СК»;
8) розроблено рекомендації щодо впровадження системи інтегрованих
маркетингових комунікацій.
Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний,

фінансово– економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та
ін.
Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що планування
маркетингової політики комунікацій в системі управління ринковою
діяльністю підприємства яка на відміну від існуючих передбачає проведення
аналізу кампаній конкурентів і їх оцінювання, що дозволяє переглянути
загально – корпоративні, маркетингові, комунікативні цілі і стратегії
підприємства.
Результати дослідження можуть бути використані підприємствами,
зокрема стратегія планування інтегральної системи маркетингових
комунікацій.
EN : The work is presented on 94 pages of printed text, contains 11 tables,

The object of research is the process of forming the marketing policy of
communications of Soyuz-Continent-SK LLC.
The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological approaches to
improving the methods of formation of marketing policy of communications of
Soyuz-Continent-SK LLC.
The purpose of the master's work of the master is the systematization of
scientific, methodological and practical knowledge on the formation of marketing
policy of communications of industrial enterprises.
In the course of the research the following scientific results were obtained:
1) the essence, content and components of marketing communications policy
are considered;
2) the classification of tools of marketing communications policy is
investigated;
3) integrated marketing communications as a factor in the effective
development of the enterprise;
4) the marketing communication activity of Soyuz-Continent-SK LLC was
analyzed;
5) the efficiency of expenses for the marketing policy of communications of
Soyuz-Continent-SK LLC was analyzed;
6) the organization and planning of integrated marketing communications is
offered;
7) recommendations for the formation of the system of marketing policy of
communications of Soyuz-Continent-SK LLC were developed;
8) developed recommendations for the implementation of an integrated
marketing communications system.
Methods of research: logical generalization, deductive, financial and

economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc.
The scientific novelty of the study is that the planning of marketing
communications policy in the market management system of the enterprise, which
in contrast to existing involves the analysis of competitors' campaigns and their
evaluation, which allows to review the overall corporate, marketing,
communication goals and strategies.
The results of the study can be used by enterprises, in particular the strategy
of planning an integrated system of marketing communications.
