У роботі обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування соціальної компетентності учнів 3-4 класів; уточнено шляхи її формування; розроблено і впроваджено в освітній процес моделі формування соціальної компетентності молодших школярів.

The purpose of the research: theoretical substantiation and experimental approbation of the content and pedagogical conditions of formation of social competencies during teaching in 3-4 grades of Ukrainian language, literary reading, study of the integrated course "I explore the world". Object of research: the process of teaching the language and literature industry in grades 3-4. Subject of research: content and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of social competencies of students in grades 3-4 during the study of subjects of language and literature. The pedagogical conditions of formation of social competence of pupils of 3-4 classes are substantiated in the work; the ways of its formation are specified; developed and implemented in the educational process a model of formation of social competence of primary school students.
